Application Development and Submission
A Web-based insurance application is created and dynamically enhanced to facilitate premium quotation and online application directly into the PolicyPointe system. Customers and agents submit applications over the Internet via PolicyPointe using a secure connection. |

Rating and Underwriting
PolicyPointe rates and underwrites the risk based on pre-defined, customizable criteria. For policies requiring additional underwriting, the applications are held in a queue until an underwriter can review the information before moving them back into the automatic fulfillment process.

Issuance and Delivery
PolicyPointe issues policies, including all necessary endorsements. Customers can have policies delivered via e-mail, fax or regular mail, and can pay online or by mail.

Payment
Payment can occur at the time of application or the system can automatically generate and distribute all applicable invoices.
