PolicyPointe system users have a single point of access for all pertinent applicant information, including application details, transactions, policy information, notes and attachments.

Policy Tracking

Locating information takes only seconds because all data is maintained in one easy-to-find electronic file. PolicyPointe automatically maintains a historical record of every action. Further, the system also records an Acrobat PDF image of all documents generated and allows paper images to be scanned and attached to the electronic file.

System Reporting

The system’s reporting capabilities make compiling data for a claims history or audit practically effortless. You can customize reports to fit your business needs and monitor all workflow activity.

Ongoing Communication with Insureds

Renewal notices, letters, billing statements and other essential documents are automatically sent to customers via e-mail, fax or regular mail.

 

Virtual Service Center 24/7

The PolicyPointe system also features a Virtual Service Center (VSC) allowing insureds to access their insurance portfolio at any time via the Web. Through the VSC, one can view and print a copy of their policy, make a payment online via credit card or electronic check and view all account transactions. In addition, users can make requests for a change of address, change of limits, cancellation, reinstatement and renewal, as well as request additional certificates of insurance.
