The PolicyPointe system also features a Virtual Service Center (VSC) allowing insureds to access their insurance portfolio at any time via the Web. Through the VSC, one can view and print a copy of their policy, make a payment online via credit card or electronic check and view all account transactions. In addition, users can make requests for a change of address, change of limits, cancellation, reinstatement and renewal, as well as request additional certificates of insurance. |
